These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FitLead.AI mobile application ("App") provided by FitLead.AI ("we", "our", "us").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Introduction
FitLead.AI is an AI-powered fitness coaching app designed to help users track their fitness and nutrition progress and receive personalized recommendations.
The App is not a substitute for professional medical, fitness, or nutrition advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant lifestyle changes.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum required age in your country) to use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- The App offers free and paid subscription tiers.
- Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Payments are processed via RevenueCat.
- Refunds are subject to the respective App Store or Google Play Store policies — we do not provide refunds directly.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
- All AI-generated content (including chat responses, recommendations, body analysis) provided through the App is for your personal use only.
- You may not resell, copy, distribute, or use the App's content or features for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- The App, its branding, and all associated intellectual property remain the sole property of FitLead.AI.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or other behavior that violates the rights of others.
- Misuse the AI chat functionality (including but not limited to harmful queries or attempts to circumvent restrictions).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Scrape or collect data from the App through automated means.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the App is inappropriate or unlawful.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- The App provides AI-generated fitness and nutrition recommendations. These are not a substitute for professional medical, fitness, or nutrition advice.
- You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon any recommendations provided by the App. Always consult with a qualified professional when in doubt.
- Use the App at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or harm that may result from your use of the App or reliance on its content.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Delaware, USA without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
