In GDPR regions, Google's default behavior applies. We do not explicitly request personalized ads at this time. Users may manage ad preferences via their device settings.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data Location: User data is stored on servers located in the United States (Supabase US East region). By using the App, you consent to this transfer and storage of your data in the United States.
4. Data Retention
- Workout logs, nutrition logs, measurements: Retained until you delete your account.
- Analytics data: Anonymized where possible and retained for App improvement.
- Body scan images: Retained for AI processing and progress tracking, with your explicit consent. You can request deletion at any time.
5. User Rights
If you are located in the European Union (GDPR), California (CCPA), or other applicable jurisdictions, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Opt out of marketing communications (push notifications can be disabled in device settings)
- Data portability: request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system is fully secure. Please use the App with awareness of this inherent risk.
8. Children's Privacy
FitLead.AI is not intended for individuals under the age of 16, or under the minimum age required by applicable law in your country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal data from a child under 16 has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
